By downloading, accessing, or using the Ridzee or Ridzee Driver application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service.
- Drivers must possess a valid driving license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
- Users must provide accurate and complete registration information.
Ridzee is a platform that connects riders with drivers for on-demand transportation. We are a technology platform and do not provide transportation services directly. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Jain Software.
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off locations.
- Be ready at the designated pickup location within the waiting time.
- Treat drivers and their vehicles with respect.
- Pay applicable fares, including surge pricing and cancellation fees.
- Do not carry illegal or hazardous items.
- Maintain valid documents (license, RC, insurance) at all times.
- Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and in good working condition.
- Follow traffic laws and navigation routes.
- Treat all riders with courtesy and professionalism.
- Do not solicit payments outside the app.
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, vehicle type, and demand. Ridzee may apply dynamic pricing ("surge") during periods of high demand.
Payments are processed through the Ridzee app via UPI, wallet, or cash. Drivers receive ride earnings after commission deduction.
Riders may cancel a ride request. Cancellation fees may apply if cancelled after a driver has been assigned and has reached or is near the pickup location. Drivers may cancel in limited circumstances without penalty.
The following may result in account suspension or permanent ban:
• Fraud, impersonation, or providing false information
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
• Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or disability
• Operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs (drivers)
• Manipulation of ride fares or GPS location
Ridzee is not liable for delays, personal injuries, property damage, or losses arising from transportation services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific ride in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
