How to Delete Your Account

Open the Ridzee App
Launch Ridzee or Ridzee Driver on your phone and sign in to your account.

Go to Profile Settings
Tap your profile icon in the top-left corner, then select "Settings".

Select "Delete Account"
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap "Delete Account".

Confirm Deletion
Enter your phone number to verify identity, then confirm the deletion request.

Account Removed
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
⚠ What Gets Deleted
- Your profile information (name, phone, email, photo)
- Ride history, saved locations, and preferences
- Wallet balance and transaction history
- Driver documents and verification status (for drivers)
- Ratings and reviews you've given or received
