Open the Ridzee app, enter your destination, choose a vehicle type, and tap "Book Ride". You'll be matched with a nearby driver instantly.

How are fares calculated? โ–พ

Fares are calculated based on distance, estimated time, vehicle type, and current demand. An estimated fare is shown before booking.

How can I become a Ridzee driver? โ–พ

Download "Ridzee Driver", register with your phone number, upload your documents (Aadhaar, driving license, vehicle RC), and start earning once verified.

I was charged incorrectly. What do I do? โ–พ

Go to your ride history, select the ride in question, and tap "Report Issue". You can also email us at support@ridzee.com with the ride details.
